CHC Navigation introduces the TG63, a 3D Grade Control System for motor graders
Shanghai, China – January 29, 2023 – CHC Navigation (CHCNAV) announced today that its CHCNAV TG63 Grade Control for Motor Graders is now available worldwide. With a tightly coupled dual-GNSS positioning system and inertial sensor, the TG63 provides reliable 3D positioning and heading to control the motor grader blade with the highest accuracy.

- Ensure ultimate accuracy within ±2 cm
Dual-GNSS satellite positioning coupled with inertial navigation ensures the accuracy of the grader blade within ±2 cm, no matter the machine’s position. The GNSS sensor supports multiple correction sources, including RTK NTRIP and UHF base station, to match all operating conditions. The high-response valve module adjusts the blade position to maintain accurate grading. This ensures that the precision requirements of earthmoving operations are met at all times, and only the right quantity of material is moved.
- Intuitive GradeNav Software for quick operation
GradeNav software runs on a 10.1" industrial color display for optimal readability in job site environments. It supports standard AutoCAD DXF design files to manage all typical grading operations, including surfaces, slopes, TINs, and road features. he software's highly intuitive user interface is developed to be easily accessible to less experienced machine operators to complete projects quickly and accurately.
