The characteristics of the AEC industry today
As geospatial technology manufacture, we gradually began to emphasize how well the technology interacts with users and how users quickly master technology. For instance, when talking about GNSS RTK in the past, we always focused on higher accuracy, more channels and longer radio distance. However, we leverage technology to increase productivity and quality right now. Our cloud-based technology is moving companies from manual, paper-based workflows to integrated, digital processes. These technologies are changing the game for the survey and construction industries, enabling infrastructure projects to be completed more efficiently and effectively – and to last longer than ever before.
The future of the high-precision technology
In the future, the software will work out the optimal process once surveyors set an objective. The technology will get users friendlier. With AI and advanced wireless tech, the surveyor will talk with the device. The new super cities will be like a human body, with sensors and feedback systems. As a result, 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), AI, Autonomy and Robotics will be standard.
The direction of new infrastructure development
The new infrastructure design needs to take demographics into account. Infrastructure should be more convenient, with better interfaces, visual aids, as well as faster medical response times. Remote collaboration, Augmented Reality and Big Geodata can help in modeling how businesses and residential complexes will use an area, which will help in designing the most efficient infrastructure. Geospatial surveying can create a digital model of physical Earth, which provides enhanced spatial intelligence and awareness whether you are working in utilities, mapping, cadastral survey, or infrastructure development.
