While improving profits may remain a challenge for the agricultural industry, there are some spectacular success stories around Tongliao City that are worth reporting. Located in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia, the town of Tongliao is an area rich in corn, green onions, peanuts, and other crops, where local farmers have recently achieved stunning success after integrating automated steering systems in their daily farming operations.
CORN
"Corn is the main food crop in Tongliao. In the past, people thought that corn planting could be not straight, and the errors caused by manual driving would not cause serious damage. However, in the last two years, farmers have started to use automated steering for seeding, and everyone has realized that it is much more efficient. It works very well, and yields have increased as well." said Mr. Liu, CHCNAV's distributor.
It was the first year that Mr. Guo used an auto-steering system. 2,000 acres of land were easily cultivated, and he is full of praise for the productivity that the CHCNAV solution has brought him. "Farming with the auto-steering system is particularly accurate and efficient. For example, previously, I tried to sow at night, which was really difficult, and the lines turned out to be very squiggly. Now, with the CHCNAV system, I can easily work at night and maintain a very symmetrical distance between the lines, so the crops get good light transmission and ventilation and therefore better growth," said Guo.

GREEN ONION
"Tongliao green onion is growing well this year; many farmers say that the net profit of one acre of green onion is substantial, it will be an excellent harvest year," shared local dealer Liu. "Green onion ridging and furrowing require serious technical skills. Previously, we drove manually, and the lines were uneven, which is detrimental to the hilling later because it affects crop growth and harvest. Now people use autosteering, which makes everything less complicated, including hilling and harvesting. As a result, production has increased, and farmers have started to earn more money!"

PEANUTS
Mr. Jiang is the local peanut grower, owning more than 1,200 acres of land. In the past, the most serious difficulty he encountered was following the path when planting and inverting peanuts. "Now, with the CHCNAV autosteer, the ridges are very straight, making it much more convenient to harvest. The ridge spacing is under control, the weeding process and ventilation work well, the peanut yield has increased, and we have achieved higher earnings," said Mr. Jiang.

Whether it is a new or old tractor or other farm vehicles, a small or large farm, corn or onion, many farmers in Tongliao have enjoyed the benefits of CHCNAV's NX510 automatic steering kits and made their farming business more efficient throughout the farming seasons.
