“We see ourselves as a geotechnical research company with probing and drilling as specialisms”, says Frank van Heerebeek, Headfield organization/Project lead at engineering firm Inpijn-Blokpoel. Being one of the largest engineering companies in the Netherlands, the firm performs daily geotechnical surveys across the Netherlands and beyond. Easy processing
"On the 8-inch tablet included with the CHC Navigation GPS rover, the project designs are easy to import into the system. More data is placed on top of the drawings and the measuring points positions are clear. So we can safely get to work and prevent any damage to underground cables and pipes. The acquired data on the tablet can easily be imported in our data system. That’s a new perspective. This software is very user-friendly and much more open."
